What to consider when it comes to tipster commission

When will I receive my reward?

You will be paid the premium immediately after I have received the brokerage commission. The tipster commission will then be transferred to your account within a few days.

Can I recommend any owner?

Basically yes. But, you should know the owner and have a friendly or family relationship with him. You may also recommend family members. However, your referral is anti-competitive if your solicitation is through harassment or in an aggressive manner. You should also avoid engaging in improper cold calling through unsolicited calls or deception.

 

What do I have to consider in terms of data protection if I want to give a tip?

You may only pass on personal data of the owner to me with his consent. So the owner has to be informed that you want to give us a tip and he has to agree.

 

How is a tipster commission considered for tax purposes?

The private tipster must tax the tipster commission as other income if it reaches the one-off tax-free amount of EUR 256.00 pa (§ 22 Para. 3 EStG). If the tipster does not act regularly, he is exempt from sales tax because there is no entrepreneurial activity (§ 1 Para. 1 UStG). This makes accounting considerably easier because the invoice requirements, such as invoice number, etc. according to §§ 14, 14a UStG are not required. In order for Immobilien - Hartauer to be able to post the tip commission paid out as a tax-reducing expense, it is necessary to receive a sufficient invoice or receipt from the tipster.

Yes, you can also recommend family members.

The only thing you can't recommend is yourself.

 

How do I become a real estate Hartauer partner?

From the second tip you get the exclusive status VIP - tipster.

We pay our partners 25% of the real estate agent's commission.

 

What other benefits do I get as a real estate Hartauer partner?

As a Immobilien Hartauer partner, you or an acquaintance, friend or family member will also receive a discount of 20% of the buyer's commission if a property is purchased through Immobilien Hartauer.
