2 // SELECTION OF PROPERTY
The property in which you want to live happily must of course suit your needs. It is best to make a list of the requirements you want and prioritize each item higher or lower as needed. In this way I can specifically search for suitable offers for you.
3 // VIEWING DATE
With the decision for an object it becomes concrete. Now it is a matter of negotiating a rental price with the landlord and proving that the rental payments can be financed, i.e. submitting a payslip. Once the rental price has been determined and the security payments in the form of a bank guarantee or a savings account deposit have been decided, the rental contract can be signed.
4 // SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
The conclusion of the rental agreement seals the handover of the rental property to you. In addition to the rent to be paid, the contract also includes the time of handover and the payment period. You will also be given the house rules.
5 // THE HANDOVER
When the apartment is vacated, it is time to hand it over. You should make sure that everything is in good condition and that any agreements for the elimination of defects have been complied with. From this point on, you are also responsible for paying the operating costs such as heating, electricity and water.
6 // DONE - THE PROPERTY CAN BE MOVED INTO
After the keys were handed over, the property was officially handed over to you. All notice periods etc. refer to this moment (date) (I would be happy to put you in touch with a competent moving team)
