The conclusion of the notarial purchase contract and the subsequent entry in the land register make you the final property owner. In addition to the purchase price, the contract also includes the time of handover and the payment period. 5 // THE HANDOVER
When the apartment is vacated, it is time to hand it over. You should make sure that everything is in good condition and that any agreements for the elimination of defects have been complied with. From this point on, you are also responsible for paying the operating costs such as heating, electricity and water.
